The project a proposal for a local builder, who required a 6 flat apartment with individual car park. All six units were designed typically and according to vasthu.

Each unit consists of two bedrooms with attached toilets, living room, dining and kitchen. The bedrooms open to the balconies on the east to utilise the morning sun rays. The north facing front two units have extra open balconies which serve as a utility accessed from the kitchen.

The Façade is made using moulded concrete and was designed to create a sense of flowing fabric.

The staircase proposed was a steel staircase and the compound wall fence also extends as the staircase grill to have sense of continuity and not visually detach steel staircase from concrete structure.
The handrail for the staircase were metal sheets welded to the staircase frame.
