This Modern-Minimalistic home was designed for a joint family in the spiritual city of Thiruvanamalai. The planning of the house was challenging since it had to accommodate the entire family’s requirement and it had to be as per vasthu as well. The house is a six bedroom house with open terraces and balconies at every level , on the ground floor the setback spaces were designed as outdoor seating and service areas. the family enjoyed natural light and ventilation , for which we have provided long French doors and windows. the road facing bedrooms come with corner bay windows to make the rooms appear larger and to maximize light inside and proving view outside. The facade was kept simple and minimal with use of white and grey shades for the exterior. The plan is simple with the living , dining , kitchen and parents bedroom along with lift on the ground floor, the first floor accommodates  three bedrooms two balconies and a family space , the top floor has a single bedroom with balcony and a lounge opening to the open terrace.
