The Layout was to be planned for 52 individual residential plots in the first phase and further more in future. Master planning involved the road networks, subdivisions of different zones, landscape and social and leisure activities along with an efficient drainage and recycling system.

The layout also comes with services designed for a Club house, gym, spa, multipurpose room, Kids Play areas and Swimming pool. A 4 km stream with a jogging track was proposed to divide 30 acres of the layout in two separate zones, one for housing other for services to the housing community.
