We were asked to come with simple and functional interiors for a real estate agency in Chennai , The main objective for design was to conceal all cable lines and new face lift to the old existing office setup . We choose the walls to be white to make the place look bright big and modern with a contrasting wooden themed furniture and floor, Simple false ceiling with both ambient and office lighting was provided , For the directors table a marble based laminate was chosen to render a natural feel within the room , with the background made using 3D board. In the partition that divides the directors room with the workstations a bright yellow colour with frost glass was given to radiate warmth and activity inside the office. To highlight the assistants work station vertical timber sections falling from the ceiling with out any horizontal support is given to provide privacy and visual connectivity
