The project was half built the shell was completed when we took up the commission to develop this property; Majority of the plan remained unchanged from the original except for opening up few spaces within the house. An additional steel floor, an attic was created to break the high ceiling sloped roof and create extra room for one of the units. The compound contains two separate house connected by a landscaped bridge which has view to the lake behind and is a common meeting area for the owners. Elevation for the house was worked upon the existing structure without any additional elements.
