For a Reputed Chennai Based Builder , A housing project of four independent villas each in 1200 sqft. land area. The requirement was simple two bedroom hall dining and kitchen and with all lines concealed.

Proposed Was a Living room , Dining and Kitchen with a powder room in level 1 and the two bedrooms divided by a central staircase and a balcony facing the street on level 2. The design was to have long widows in all the rooms to allow cross ventilation and view. Detail was given in maintaining simplicity. The blue colour is inspiration from the villa theme named santorini.
